Homeowners
Crowne Homeowners® provides built-in protection against inflation, additional coverages included at no cost, and expanded limits for high-valued homes built or remodeled within the past 25 years.
Standard and Preferred* Homeowners packages cover principal, seasonal and secondary residences with many extras at no additional cost and limits that can be expanded for minimal cost.
Condominium coverage protects personal belongings, interior fixtures, appliances and all other property and liability exposures unique to condo owners.
Renters insurance offers excellent personal property and liability coverage.
Dwelling fire provides property coverage with adjustable limits, an attraction for tenant properties. It also provides insurance for certain homeowners who may not qualify for our other programs.
Scheduled personal property ensures your jewelry, collections, electronic equipment and other valuables are adequately covered against many causes of loss, including theft and misplacing of items.
