Special Employee Recognition for Volunteer Efforts (SERVE)
The SERVE program encourages and recognizes all General Casualty employees who volunteer their time and talents to the communities where General Casualty conducts business. The employee volunteers are honored each year at a recognition reception.
Those General Casualty employees who volunteer a minimum of 50 hours per year may apply for a SERVE grant. The Company will match $1 for each volunteer hour up to $500 per employee in a calendar year. The check is presented to a non-profit organization of the employee's choice.
