The array of interests we protect as an insurance company makes us keenly aware of the many needs existing in today's complex society. We are also aware of the difficulty in providing for those needs. Through our corporate contributions program, "Committed to the Community," we offer support to people in need within the communities we serve. We support health and human service, education, enrichment and prevention/safety programs.
We view corporate contributions as a way to give back to the communities we serve. Our goal is to help improve and enrich the quality of life for those less fortunate and to promote a better tomorrow for all generations through a wide variety of organizations, including United Way. General Casualty earned the United Way of Dane County’s 2005 Innovation Award in honor of its Key Club program and employee generosity.
In addition to providing financial support, we encourage our employees to get involved in their communities through local organizations and activities. General Casualty is especially supportive of functions in which our employees are involved.
